PC-C1250
PC-C1250 Containerised Generating Set
A 1250 kVA set built into a 40 ft container enclosure with internal walkway, bulk tank and switchgear, shipped as one unit.
- 40 ft container shell with ISO corner castings, so it moves on standard handling equipment
- Internal walkway with lighting, so the control panel is operated with the doors closed
- 2500 L bunded belly tank under the baseframe with leak detection in the bund
- Provision for paralleling with a second container set, including synchronising and load sharing

Product detail
A containerised set exists so the plant room can be deleted from the building. Everything that would otherwise be built on site, which is the acoustic enclosure, the fuel bund, the ventilation and the switchgear cubicle, arrives already installed and already tested together.
Enclosure
A 40 ft shell with ISO corner castings, which matters more than it sounds: it means the unit is lifted, trucked and craned by the same equipment as any other container, at any port, without a bespoke lifting study. The interior has a walkway down one side with lighting and an internal emergency stop, so an operator reads the panel with the doors shut and the set running.
Fuel and containment
2500 L bunded belly tank integrated under the baseframe, with a leak detection float in the bund and a low-level alarm on the tank. Fill and vent points are brought to the outside face. For extended autonomy the set takes a bulk feed through a transfer pump and float switch controller.
Paralleling
The standard panel includes synchronising and load sharing, so a second container can be added later as N+1 without replacing the control system. Load-shedding priorities are configured at commissioning against the actual distribution board schedule.
Voltage
Supplied at low voltage, or at 11 kV with the transformer and vacuum circuit breaker fitted inside the container. [Client to confirm the distribution voltage, earthing arrangement and protection settings required by the local network operator.]
