The LM-DF120 dyes polyester and blends at high temperature in a stainless pressure vessel, circulating liquor through the fabric rope with a flow pattern designed to move cloth gently rather than drag it. Crease marks and rope abrasion stay off the quality report.
Dosing is programme-controlled: chemicals and dyes meter into the circulating stream on curves stored per recipe, so the shade that passed lab approval is the shade the vessel reproduces at bulk scale.
The liquor ratio is kept deliberately low by vessel geometry, which reduces water and chemical demand per batch — savings that accumulate quietly across a dyehouse year.
