The LM-DF200 carries fabric through entry straightening, chemical application and drying chambers on a pin or clip chain that holds width to the millimetre. Weft straightening is automatic, reading and correcting bow and skew before the fabric is set.
Each drying chamber controls its own temperature and airflow balance, so the recipe describes the whole thermal path, not just one setpoint. Exhaust heat recovery is built into the chamber design and air circulation is tuned to transfer heat into the fabric rather than the exhaust stack.
Chain rails are machined and hardened in-house, and lubrication is automatic with consumption monitoring — the line asks for oil when it needs it.
