The LM-DP180 prints direct to fabric across a wide vacuum-held belt, with print heads arranged for consistent coverage at production pace. Sampling and bulk run on the same machine, so the approved strike-off and the delivered metres come off identical hardware.
The fabric path is engineered for stretch-sensitive knits as much as stable wovens: belt adhesive systems, edge sensors and low-tension unwind keep distortion out of the print. Head height adjusts to fabric caliper from the console.
Ink circulation, degassing and head maintenance cycles are automated and logged, keeping nozzle condition consistent across shifts rather than depending on operator ritual.
