The LM-DP80 prints through rotary screens onto a driven blanket, laying down the paste volume that deep, saturated designs demand at a pace digital struggles to match on long runs. Screen positions register electronically and hold registration through the run.
Paste supply is pumped per screen with level control, and squeegee pressure profiles store with the design, making repeat orders a recall rather than a rebuild. The blanket wash unit runs continuously and its water loop is filtered and recirculated.
An integrated dryer matches line speed automatically, so the printed fabric arrives at the exit dry, flat and ready for fixation.
