The LM-RS48 adds pneumatic fibre condensing to the ring spinning process, gathering the drafted strand before twist insertion. The result is yarn with fewer protruding fibres — a smoother surface that weaves and knits with less fly and fewer breaks downstream.
The condensing zone is a self-contained module above the front rollers, with perforated aprons that slide out for cleaning without disturbing the drafting geometry. Suction levels adjust per lot from the frame-end panel.
For mills running both conventional and compact yarns, the LM-RS48 shares its spindle rail and doffing parts with the LM-RS90, keeping the spares shelf simple.
