The LM-RS90 carries the classic ring spinning process on a frame engineered for consistency at length: a rigid bed casting, individually monitored spindles and a drafting zone that holds its geometry through years of three-shift operation. Yarn character stays uniform from the first spindle to the last.
The drafting system uses pressure arms with calibrated load settings, so count changes are a matter of documented adjustment rather than operator feel. Ring rail motion is servo-driven, building packages with a smooth chase that unwinds cleanly at the next process.
Doffing is semi-automatic as standard and full auto-doffing is available, sharing the same frame and drive family so mills can standardise spare parts across both configurations.
