Is every painting unique?
Yes. Each work in the collection is a single canvas. Once it sells it is removed from the shop and is not repeated or reproduced as a print.
Do the paintings arrive framed?
They are sold unframed, varnished, signed on the front and titled on the reverse. Impasto surfaces are usually shown without glass, so a simple floating frame — added locally — suits them best.
How long after ordering does a canvas ship?
[To be confirmed by the studio: dispatch window, carrier, and whether crating is included.]
Can I commission a specific size or subject?
Sometimes. It depends on what is already on the easel. Ask through the contact page with the dimensions and the room in mind.
How should an impasto painting be looked after?
Keep it out of direct sun and away from a radiator. Dust it with a dry, soft brush rather than a cloth — a cloth catches on the raised paint. Do not use any cleaning product on the surface.
