Dispatch
Everything on the site is stocked flat. Orders placed before 14:00 leave the workshop within three working days.
Delivery
- Standard, 12 USD. Kerbside, three to five working days, one-hour window texted the morning of delivery.
- Room of choice, 34 USD. The driver carries the cartons to whichever room you want them in. Worth it for anything over 40 kg.
- Free over 600 USD. Applied automatically at checkout.
Will it get up the stairs?
Every carton in the range clears a 760 mm doorway and turns on a standard stairwell without a lift. The package size is printed on every product page before you buy.
Returns
Sixty days, assembled or not. If you have built it and changed your mind, take it apart, put it back in the cartons and we will collect. We do not charge a restocking fee and we do not ask why.
Damaged or missing parts
Send us the product code and the part number from the instruction sheet. Replacements go out the same working day at no charge.
