Swatches
Eight pieces of cloth, posted flat, free, and nothing to send back.
Choose up to eight cloths and we post them the same afternoon. They are large samples — roughly 200 by 200 mm — because a postage-stamp swatch tells you nothing about how a weave behaves over a whole seat.
Live with them for a week
Tape them to the wall you are actually going to put the sofa against. Look at them at eight in the morning and again at nine at night under your own lamps. Half the cloths people are certain about on a screen get eliminated within two days of being in the room.
There is nothing to return
Keep them, cut them up, use them as coasters. We would rather post a hundred sets of swatches than take one sofa back.

Made to order is not a delay, it is a queue you can see into. These are the same working-day figures the workroom plans against.
49 days, swatch to living room
- 01 Swatch and selection 5 d Up to eight swatches posted free. The clock starts when you order them.

- 07 Delivery and installation 10 d Two-person delivery, unwrapped, placed and the packaging taken away.
Counted in working days from the morning your swatches are posted. Hides and woven-to-order cloth add to the reservation stage; altered sizes add pattern work before sewing begins.
