How long does delivery take?
In-stock items leave the warehouse within 48 hours. Typical delivery runs 3–7 business days depending on region; freight items are booked with a scheduled window.
Do I need to bolt a rack to the floor?
Fixed racks can free-stand on rubber flooring with the stabiliser kit, but bolting is always the stronger option. Wall-mounted folding racks must be anchored to studs or masonry — hardware for both is included.
How hard is assembly?
Most benches take one person under thirty minutes; racks are a comfortable two-person afternoon. Every kit ships with bagged, labelled hardware and a printed step-by-step guide.
What if something arrives damaged?
Photograph the carton and the part, then contact us within 7 days. We ship replacements first and sort the carrier claim ourselves — you will not be stuck in the middle.
Can I return equipment I have used?
Unused gear in original packaging returns freely within 21 days. Once gear has been trained on we handle issues under warranty instead — see the full policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we deliver domestically and to select neighbouring regions. For other destinations, contact us with your address and we will quote freight case by case.
