Every ForgeFit design goes through the same gauntlet before it reaches the catalog. This page is the short version of what happens between a sketch and your garage.
Materials first
Structural pieces are cut from 11-gauge steel, joined with full-perimeter welds and finished in textured powder coat. Contact points that meet a bar are lined or radiused so knurl and finish survive daily racking.
Load testing
Racks, benches and storage are loaded to at least twice their published rating and cycled. Published numbers are what we guarantee, not what the steel can theoretically survive — the margin is the point.
Real-floor trials
Prototypes live on our own training floor for a full programming block. If a pin sticks, a pad slides or an adjustment fights you at rep twenty, it goes back to the drawing board before launch.
What this means for you
- Published load ratings, verified twice over before they are printed.
- Warranties measured in decades on structural steel.
- Replaceable wear parts kept in stock for the life of the line.
