In-stock orders are picked and dispatched within 48 hours on tracked services. Large items travel on scheduled freight with a delivery window agreed in advance. Orders over $499 qualify for free curbside delivery; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Returns
Unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return freight for change-of-mind returns is arranged by us and deducted from the refund.
Damaged or faulty items
Report transit damage within 7 days with photos of the packaging and part. Replacement parts or units ship immediately; we handle the carrier claim.
Warranty claims
Structural steel is covered for 10 years or life depending on the product line; pads, cables and wear items for 1–2 years. Start a claim by emailing your order number and photos to hello@example.com.
