Quick answers to the questions we hear most. Anything else, ask an engineer.
What information do you need for a compressor quote?
Three numbers start every quote: air demand (m³/min or cfm), working pressure, and hours of operation. Add what the air is used for, and the first proposal is usually final.
How do I know what size compressor I need?
If you are replacing a unit, send its nameplate and load hours. For new plants, we run a demand profile from your tool list — or install a data logger on the existing system for a week and size from real numbers.
Do I need a dryer?
If the air touches product, paint, instruments or anything that rusts — yes. A refrigerated dryer covers most factories; outdoor lines and sensitive processes need desiccant drying. The quote will state the dew point plainly.
Can you service other compressor brands?
Usually yes — send nameplate data and photos. Separator elements, filters, valve kits and VSD retrofits for the common brands are routine work for our service team.
What are typical lead times?
Standard compressors, dryers and receivers ship from stock or within 2–4 weeks. Engineered packages and large VSD units typically run 6–10 weeks; the quote states the committed date.
Do you install?
We supply commissioning and installation supervision worldwide, working with your local contractors — or turn-key plant-room installation in selected regions.
