Every package that leaves our plant has run against its own data sheet — flow, pressure and power measured, not assumed. This page summarises how that promise is kept.
Components and assembly
Airends, motors and coolers arrive with material certificates and are traceable through the package. Assembly follows torque-controlled procedures, and every oil and air connection is leak-checked under pressure.
Performance testing
Complete packages are run on the test bench and measured for free air delivery, specific power and noise against ISO 1217. Dryers are verified for dew point at rated flow.
Vessel certification
Receivers and separator vessels are certified to PED or ASME as the destination requires, with mill and test certificates archived by serial number.
