How should I care for waxed canvas?
Brush off dry mud, let it dry fully before storage, and re-wax high-wear panels once a year. A tin of wax and a warm afternoon keeps canvas gear going for many seasons.

Orders ship within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $75 ship free.
Can I return gear I have used?
Unused items return freely within 30 days. If something failed in normal use, that is a warranty conversation – write to us with photos and we will sort it quickly.
Do you stock spare parts?
Yes – spare tent poles, chair slings, kettle lids, carrier taps and pack buckles are stocked for every current model. Most spares install at camp in minutes.
Where can I use the wood stove?
The Emberbox is designed for cleared ground where open fires and stoves are permitted. Always check and follow local fire rules for the place and season you are camping in.
