Orders dispatch within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $75 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Oversized items such as crates and tents may travel separately.

Returns
Unused products in original packaging return freely within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and product within 7 days and write to hello@example.com – replacements ship immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
Warranty claims
Warranty periods are stated on each product page – canvas shelters and tools carry the longest cover. Start a claim with your order number and photos; most are resolved with a spare part in the mail.
