Orders dispatch within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $60 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Wide brims and boaters travel in rigid crush-proof hat boxes; caps and beanies ship in recycled padded mailers.

Returns
Unworn hats in original condition and packaging return freely within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Try hats on over clean, dry hair and keep the sizing tape in place until you are sure. If a hat disappoints you in use, write to us anyway – we would rather fix it than file it.
Reshaping & warranty
Every blocked hat includes lifetime mail-in reshaping at cost. If a band, stitch or sweatband fails in normal wear, photograph it and write to hello@example.com – we repair or replace first and ask questions later.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and contents within 7 days and write to us – replacements ship immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
