Orders dispatch within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $60 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Paints travel upright in moulded pulp trays, and glass bottles are double-sleeved – art supplies are fragile cargo and we pack them like it.

Returns
Unopened items in original condition return freely within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Swatched a colour and changed your mind before opening the rest of the set? That counts as unopened for the untouched tubes – we would rather split a set than shelve a doubt.
Quality promise
If a tube separates, a brush sheds or a pad buckles under honest use within six months, photograph it and write to hello@example.com – we replace first and ask questions later.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and contents within 7 days and write to us – replacements ship immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
