About Us

Castings, grinding and cut-testing under one roof — one team accountable.

TimberForm Machinery designs and builds woodworking machines for joineries, furniture makers and panel shops. Castings, machining and final assembly happen under one roof — and one team answers for how every machine cuts.

What we believe

A woodworking machine is a reference surface with a motor attached. If the table is not flat and the fence does not repeat, nothing downstream can fix it. So we stress-relieve castings before machining, grind after, and measure everything against granite before a machine gets its serial plate.

How we are organised

  • Design office: every machine drawn in-house, with cutting tests behind each geometry decision.
  • Machining: beds and tables ground in temperature-controlled bays by people who own the tolerance.
  • Assembly & test: every unit run under load, cut-tested in oak and beech, and aligned to its report card.
  • Support: spare parts, knives and advice for the life of the machine.
