Every machine that leaves our floor has already cut wood — hardwood, at full working depth, measured afterwards. This page summarises how that habit is enforced.
Castings and stress relief
Tables and frames are cast, then rested and thermally stress-relieved before any machining. Metal that wants to move gets to move before we grind it flat, not after you bolt it down.
Grinding and geometry
Reference surfaces are ground after stress relief and inspected on granite with certified indicators. Flatness, fence squareness and spindle runout are recorded per serial number.
Cut testing
Before packing, every machine rips, planes, moulds or sands real hardwood. The test pieces are measured for square, parallel and finish — the numbers go in the machine’s report card, and the card ships in the crate.
Documentation
- Alignment and cut-test report per serial number.
- Wiring diagram and parts book in every crate.
- Knife and blade setting gauges where applicable.
- Commissioning checklist for first power-up.
