What information do you need for a machine quote?
Three things start every quote: the stock you cut (species and maximum sizes), your daily volume, and the power available in your shop. With those, the first recommendation is usually the final one.
Will a machine fit my workshop and power supply?
Send your floor plan and supply details. Several of our machines run on single phase, and we will flag anything that needs three-phase power, extra ceiling height or extraction capacity before you order.
Do you install and train?
Machines ship with commissioning checklists, and we support installation by video call worldwide. In selected regions our partners handle turn-key installation and operator training.
What documentation comes with a machine?
Every serial number ships with its alignment and cut-test report, wiring diagram, parts book and setting gauges where applicable.
What are typical lead times?
Blades, tooling and compact machines ship from stock or within 2 weeks. Larger machines typically run 6–10 weeks depending on configuration; the quote states the committed date.
Do you supply spare parts for older machines?
Yes — wear parts for every series we have built remain in stock, and most ship within a week. Send your serial number and we will confirm availability the same day.
