Are your products safe for newborns?
Products are designed for the age range shown on each product page and checked against the applicable safety standards for their category. Age guidance and care notes live on every listing — when in doubt, follow the label and your paediatrician.
How do I wash the muslins and sleep sacks?
Machine wash cold with a gentle detergent and tumble low or line dry. Muslin gets softer with every wash — that is the point. Skip fabric softener; it coats the weave and slows the softening.
How should I care for wooden toys?
Wipe with a damp cloth — never soak — and let them air dry. Once a month, rub in a little beeswax or food-safe mineral oil to keep the grain happy. Our Journal guide walks through it.

Can I return a gift?
Unused items in original packaging return freely within 30 days — gift returns issue store credit to you, not a refund to the giver’s card, so nobody has an awkward conversation.
