Returns
Unused products in original packaging return freely within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene, opened feeding items and washed textiles cannot be restocked — write to us anyway and we will find a fair answer.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and product within 7 days and write to care@example.com — replacements ship immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
Something wore out early?
Each product carries its own warranty, listed in the specifications. Start a claim with your order number and photos — most are resolved within two replies.
