Brochures are easy to print. This page summarises how a Culinex machine earns its specification before the first unit reaches a customer.
Designed for hygienic operation
Product zones use polished stainless with radiused corners and continuous welds; frames are open, sloped and self-draining; lubrication points sit outside the product zone. Machines are designed for hygienic operation under daily washdown — the geometry does the cleaning work, not the cleaning crew’s patience.
A protocol, not a demonstration
Each machine model passes a written verification protocol: weld and surface-finish inspection in the product zone, drainage checks with dye water, cleaning-access review with the panels off, guarding and interlock verification and an open-issues list that must close before series release.
What every unit passes
- Surface and weld inspection at defined checkpoints during fabrication.
- Wet function run of every moving assembly before crating.
- Drainage verification — no pooling on any product-zone surface.
- Guarding, interlock and safety decal audit against the machine safety file.
Documented and traceable
Every machine leaves with its inspection record, settings sheet, material certificates for product-contact parts and a serial-numbered parts book. Records stay retrievable by serial number for the machine’s working life. Ask for a sample inspection record with your inquiry.
