Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days and based on the product, throughput and site information supplied with the inquiry.
Delivery
Lead times are stated per order confirmation. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterms or delivery terms on the confirmation.
Installation and use
Machinery must be operated, cleaned and maintained by competent persons per the supplied documentation and local regulations. Stated capacities describe machine capability under the conditions named in the specification; production results vary with product, recipe and operating conditions, and quotations do not constitute a throughput or yield guarantee.
Warranty
Warranty periods are stated per machine and require operation within the rated application and a maintained service schedule.
