The CX-PH050 kit collects the sanitary connection hardware a process line consumes — tri-clamp ferrules, clamps, food-grade gaskets and butterfly valves — in one matched set per line specification. Every component is polished stainless or food-grade elastomer, supplied with material certificates on file by batch.
Gaskets come sorted by size and material in a labelled case, so night-shift repairs pick the right seal the first time. Valve seats and clamp gaskets are the same specification as factory-fitted originals, keeping hygiene performance consistent after every service.
Kits are configured against the plant line list at order, and refill packs keep the case complete season after season.
