How do I know what strap width my watch takes?
Measure the gap between the lugs – the two prongs the strap sits between – in millimetres. Most watches take 18, 20 or 22 mm. If the strap you are replacing is handy, its width is usually stamped on the underside near the buckle end.
Will these straps fit my watch brand?
Almost certainly. Any watch with standard straight lugs and a spring bar takes a standard strap in the right width. The exceptions are watches with integrated bracelets or proprietary fittings – if yours looks like the strap grows out of the case, write to us with a photo first.
Do I need tools to change a strap?
Our straps ship with quick-release spring bars – a fingernail on the little tab does the job. For straps or bracelets without quick-release, the fork tool in our Bench Kit makes it a two-minute job without scratched lugs.
How do I care for a leather strap?
Keep it dry when you can, let it air-dry buckle-up when you cannot, and feed it a thin coat of balm twice a year. Rotate two straps if you wear a watch daily – leather lasts dramatically longer with rest days.

Can I return or exchange a strap?
Unworn straps in their sleeve exchange or refund freely within 30 days – wrong width, wrong colour, changed mind, all fine. Fitted and worn straps cannot be restocked, so check the width first and write to us if unsure.
