Orders dispatch from the bench within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $49 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Straps travel flat in paper sleeves inside a rigid mailer – never folded, never creased.

Returns & exchanges
Unworn items in their original sleeve return or exchange freely within 30 days of delivery. Wrong width is the most common reason and the easiest fix – the replacement ships as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the mailer and the item within 7 days and write to hello@example.com – a replacement ships immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
Repairs
Meridian leather straps with a failed stitch or buckle inside two years come back to the bench for repair at no charge – include them well wrapped with any order or write for a label.
