FAQ

Quoting, retrofits, installation, documentation and lead times.

Quick answers to the questions we hear most. Anything else, ask an engineer.

What information do you need for a conveyor quote?

Three things start every quote: what you move (size, weight, packaging), the rate you must hit at peak, and a sketch or drawing of the available space. With those, the first proposal is usually close to final.

Can you extend or modify our existing line?

Usually yes — most of our modules are designed to drop into existing roller and belt lines at standard heights and widths. Send photos and the make of the current equipment and we will confirm interfaces.

Do you install?

We supply installation supervision and commissioning worldwide, working with your local mechanical and electrical crews — or turn-key installation in selected regions.

What documentation comes with the equipment?

Every delivery includes test-run reports, layout and wiring drawings, I/O lists, commissioning checklists and a spare parts book keyed to serial numbers.

What are typical lead times?

Standard rollers, drives and spare kits ship from stock or within 2–3 weeks. Conveyor modules typically run 6–10 weeks; complete sorting loops are quoted with a project schedule.

Can you supply spare parts for other brands?

Rollers, bearings, belts and sensors are largely standardised — send dimensions or a photo of the nameplate and our parts desk will match them in most cases.
