Every module that leaves our floor has already run — loaded, at speed, for hours. This page summarises how that promise is kept.
Materials and fabrication
Frames are laser-cut and welded from traceable steel, then powder-coated in-house. Rollers, belts and chain come from audited suppliers and are batch-checked on arrival.
Loaded test runs
Assembled modules run on the test floor with representative product at rated speed and load. Drives are checked for current draw and temperature; sensors and diverts cycle through their full logic before anything is packed.
Documentation
- Test-run report per serial number.
- Layout and interface drawings for the installing crew.
- Wiring diagrams and I/O lists.
- Commissioning checklist and spare parts book.
After the handover
Commissioning data stays on file. When a line changes product or rate years later, we re-check the maths against the original design instead of guessing.
