The CVX-W hides rows of powered wheels flush inside a roller conveyor deck. When a carton is due to leave the line, the wheels lift and steer it onto the spur in one motion — no pusher slap, no stopping the main flow.
A compact pneumatic-free electric lift keeps the mechanism to one moving assembly, and the module retrofits into existing roller lines of matching width.
Carriage-mounted cross belts discharge parcels at right angles with gram-level gentleness.
