Dispatch
Orders leave the studio within three to five working days. If something is going to take longer — usually because a piece is waiting on the next firing — we will email you rather than let you wonder.
Packing
Everything is packed plastic-free: shredded recycled card, paper tape and a double box. It is bulkier than bubble wrap and takes us longer, but it can all go straight into your recycling.
Breakages
Ceramics occasionally lose an argument with a courier. If your order arrives damaged, send a photograph to hello@example.com within seven days and we will replace the piece or refund it. Please do not post the broken one back.
Returns
Unused pieces can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Send them back in the original packaging if you still have it, and let us know before you post.
Commissions and custom dinner services are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
