Description
The Walker Wagon is the workhorse of first steps: a beech frame with a tall rounded handle, wheels trimmed in rubber so floors stay unmarked, and enough weight in its block cargo to keep the pace steady rather than runaway. The load – a set of pastel and bare blocks – is a toy in its own right.
Long after the walking phase, the wagon hauls stuffed animals, groceries-of-the-imagination and the evening tidy-up. Axles are bolted, not glued, so a well-loved wagon can be serviced instead of retired.
