Orders dispatch from the workshop within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $45 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Everything packs in kraft boxes with paper filler – no plastic pillows, no oversized boxes.

Returns & exchanges
Unused toys in their packaging return or exchange freely within 30 days of delivery. If a piece has already been loved a little, talk to us anyway – wrong gifts and doubled birthdays happen, and we solve them without ceremony.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and the piece within 7 days and write to hello@example.com – a replacement ships immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
Bench promise
Every batch is logged at the bench. If an edge roughens or a wheel loosens within the first year of ordinary play, tell us the batch date stamped inside the box and the replacement comes from a shelf we re-check by hand.
