Orders dispatch within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $40 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Everything travels in recycled padded mailers – socks are conveniently crush-proof cargo.

Returns
Unworn pairs in original condition return freely within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Try socks on over clean, dry feet and keep multi-pack sets together until you are sure. If a pair disappoints you in use, write to us anyway – we would rather fix it than file it.
Wear & workmanship
If a seam, cuff or heel fails in normal wear within six months, photograph it and write to hello@example.com – we replace first and ask questions later.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the mailer and contents within 7 days and write to us – replacements ship immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
