How long will my candle burn?
Full-size candles burn 55–60 hours with proper care: trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn and allow a full melt pool on the first light.
Why does the first burn matter so much?
Wax has memory. Letting the first burn reach the vessel edge (2–3 hours) prevents tunnelling for the rest of the candle’s life.
Are your fragrances safe around pets?
Our oils are phthalate-free and burn clean, but strong fragrance and small animals do not always mix — ventilate the room and keep diffuser oils out of reach.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders leave the atelier within three business days on tracked services. Orders over $60 ship free.
Can I return a candle I have lit?
Unused products return freely within 30 days. If a lit product misbehaves — tunnelling, weak throw, anything — write to us and we will make it right.
