Orders dispatch from the atelier within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $75 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Every flacon travels in a moulded paper cradle inside a rigid box – glass arrives whole or we replace it, no debate.

Returns
Unopened items in their original cellophane return freely within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Opened fragrance cannot be restocked – please choose with a discovery set first.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and the item within 7 days and write to hello@example.com – a replacement ships immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
Refills
Travel atomizers and solid-perfume jars are refillable. Include them (well wrapped) with any order and we refill at the bench for the cost of the juice – the note comes back in your parcel.
