Orders dispatch from the studio within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $35 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Everything packs in recycled kraft with paper filler – no plastic pillows, no oversized boxes.

Returns & exchanges
Unopened items in their packaging return or exchange freely within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot restock opened soap, salts or butters – but if something arrives wrong or disappoints, write to us and we make it right without ceremony.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and the item within 7 days and write to hello@example.com – a replacement ships immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
Batch promise
Every loaf and jar is batch-logged. If a bar from your order cures softer or scents weaker than it should, tell us the batch date on the kraft band and the replacement comes from a rack we re-check by hand.
