Aquilo Thermal Systems
Deployment & Service
From thermal model to a signed-off rack, and what keeps the loop healthy afterwards.

01 · Thermal review
Before anything is quoted we model your package, your per-node power budget and your facility water. You send us the accelerator or CPU, the sustained and peak power, the inlet temperature you can guarantee in August, and the flow you can deliver per rack. We send back a thermal assessment with the assumptions written down.
If the answer is that your existing air path is adequate, we will say so. That has happened.
02 · Qualification
Cold plates are characterised on a thermal test vehicle before they go anywhere near your hardware. You get thermal resistance and pressure drop across the usable flow range, the bond line we assumed, and the test conditions.
Where a package is new or unusual, we will build a fixture for it. That takes time and it is the difference between a specification and a hope.
03 · Integration
Manifolds, hoses and the CDU are sized to the rack as one system, not bought as three parts. We review the leak path with your team, agree where the detection sits and what it is allowed to shut down, and write a commissioning plan that includes flushing, filling and air purge.
Deliverables include CAD models, a bill of materials, torque and routing guidance, and the acceptance tests we expect to run with you on site.
04 · Operation
A liquid loop is a maintained system. The handover package sets out the fluid specification, sampling interval, filter and seal replacement schedule, spares holding, and the service window that matches your maintenance policy.
What we need from you
Package type and quantity per node. Sustained and peak power per package. Facility supply temperature and its seasonal worst case. Available flow and pressure at the rack. Floor plan and rack layout. Your maintenance policy and who is allowed to break a fluid connection.
