Orders dispatch within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $50 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Terracotta, stoneware and gift crates ship double-boxed with corner protection – pots arrive whole or we replace them without discussion.

Returns
Unused items in original condition and packaging return freely within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Repairs & warranty
If a tool fails in normal garden use, photograph it and write to hello@example.com. We repair or replace at our cost – and every failure is logged in the Greenhouse Notes so the catalogue keeps improving.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and contents within 7 days and write to us – replacements ship immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
