The Walnut Monitors are tuned for the player who records: a closed back for quiet rooms and honest overdubs, a response flat enough to make mix decisions on, and real walnut ear cups that take the clinical edge off long sessions – in feel, not in frequency.
The headband is cream leather over spring steel, clamping softly enough for glasses. Cables detach at the cup and both straight and coiled leads are in the box. These are the headphones that stay on for the whole take.
