Orders dispatch within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $59 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Pedals and metronomes travel double-boxed; cases ship in their own cartons.

Returns
Unused items in original packaging return freely within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Opened string sets are excluded for hygiene and tension reasons unless faulty.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the carton and item within 7 days and write to hello@example.com – replacements ship immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
Exchanges
Straps and slides exchange freely for a different size within 30 days – one exchange per order rides on us, both directions tracked.
