Which mat thickness should I choose?
6 mm suits most home practices — cushioned but stable. Choose 5 mm if you like a softer, floor-heavy practice, and 3 mm if you travel or prefer maximum ground feel. There is no wrong answer, only preference.
How do I clean a natural rubber mat?
Wipe with a soft cloth, warm water and a drop of mild soap, then air dry flat away from direct sun. Skip alcohol sprays — they dry the surface out over time.
Are the cushion and bolster covers washable?
Yes — every cover zips off and machine-washes cold. Fills stay fresh with an occasional airing, and buckwheat refills are available separately.
How fast is shipping?
Orders ship within 1 business day on tracked services. Orders over $60 ship free.
Can I return an opened product?
Unused items in original condition return freely within 45 days. If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, that is a warranty matter — write to us and we will make it right.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift sets ship in a kraft gift box by default. For other items, leave a note at checkout and we will pack them gift-ready at no charge.
