Orders dispatch within 1 business day on tracked services. Orders over $60 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.
Returns
Unused products in original condition return freely within 45 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and product within 7 days and write to hello@example.com — replacements ship immediately while we handle the carrier claim.

Each product page lists its warranty term. Start a claim with your order number and photos — most are resolved with a replacement or part in the mail.
