What information do you need to recommend a machine?
Three things start every recommendation: the product and dosage form, the batch size or hourly output you need, and the room the machine will run in — dimensions, utilities and cleanliness zone. Format details like tablet shapes or container sizes refine the recommendation to a committed specification.
Are your machines GMP certified?
GMP certification applies to a manufacturing site and its quality system, not to a machine on its own — so no honest builder sells a “GMP certified” press. Our equipment is designed to support common GMP practices: cleanable product paths, documented contact materials and audit-ready documentation. Qualification at your site is where compliance is demonstrated, and our documentation set is built to make that work easier.
How are output figures specified honestly?
Real output depends on the product, the format and the operation around the machine, so our specifications state typical ranges and name the conditions behind them. Ideal-condition maximums are not a number we trade on.
Can you supply format parts for machines we already own?
For SteriPharm machines, always — format parts are matched by serial number. For other brands, send the model and photographs of the format parts or tooling; we confirm fit before quoting rather than guessing.
What are typical lead times?
Stock machines ship within days of order confirmation; built-to-order configurations typically run some weeks depending on options and documentation scope. Format parts and change kits ordered with the machine ship together. The order confirmation states the committed date.
What documentation ships with a machine?
Every machine ships with its operator manual, cleaning and maintenance schedule, spare parts book, factory acceptance record, material and instrument certificates, and declaration of conformity. Records stay retrievable by serial number for the machine’s working life.
