Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days and based on the product, batch and site information supplied with the inquiry.
Delivery
Lead times are stated per order confirmation. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterms or delivery terms on the confirmation.
Installation and use
Equipment must be operated, cleaned and maintained by competent persons per the supplied documentation and local regulations. Stated outputs describe machine capability under the conditions named in the specification; production results vary with product, format and operating conditions, and quotations do not constitute a yield or compliance guarantee. Qualification and regulatory approval of the production process remain the operator’s responsibility.
Warranty
Warranty periods are stated per machine and require operation within the rated application and a maintained service schedule.
