The SP-LF45 combines filling and capping on one rotary star system: bottles enter on the infeed screw, fill at volumetric stations, and cap under a torque-controlled head before discharge. One compact frame replaces two machines and the transfer problems between them.
Format parts — star wheels, screws and guides — swap as a numbered set for each bottle size. Fill volume adjusts centrally with fine trim per station, and the capping torque holds within a set band, logged per batch.
The product path is 316L stainless and pharma-grade hose, cleanable in place with the supplied rinsing manifold. The machine is designed to support common GMP practices with documented contact materials.
