Punch penetration, fill depth and compression force adjust independently, so a new product moves from trial batch to routine production without mechanical rework. Product-contact surfaces are stainless steel and tool-steel tooling to common punch standards, and the turret accepts widely available tooling sizes.
The machine is designed to support common GMP practices: smooth cleanable surfaces, documented material certificates for contact parts, and a change-parts list per product format. Batch settings store on the control panel for repeatable setup.
