What information do you need to recommend a machine?

Three things start every recommendation: the part (a drawing or sample), the resin and any filler content, and the expected annual volume. Mold data — cavities, stack height, gate type — refines the recommendation to a committed specification with the right clamping class and shot size.

Can you size the auxiliaries with the machine?

That is how we prefer to quote. Dryer throughput, chiller capacity, loader runs and regrind handling are sized from the same cycle data as the machine, so the cell arrives balanced instead of bottlenecked by its smallest component.

How is machine performance specified honestly?

Cycle time and energy use depend on the part, the mold and the process, so our specifications state what the machine is engineered for and confirm the numbers during trial molding on your mold. Ideal-condition maximums are not a number we trade on.

Do your auxiliaries work with machines from other brands?

Yes. Dryers, temperature controllers, chillers, granulators and loaders connect to any current machine over standard interfaces. For robots, send the machine model and platen drawing — we confirm the mounting and the interface before quoting.

What are typical lead times?

Stock machines and standard auxiliaries ship within days of order confirmation; engineered configurations and hot runner systems typically run some weeks depending on options and season. The order confirmation states the committed date.

What documentation ships with a machine?

Every machine ships with its operator manual, maintenance schedule, wiring diagram, inspection record, trial molding process sheet where applicable, and declaration of conformity. Records stay retrievable by serial number for the machine’s working life.
